Puravankara Limited, founded in 1975 by Ravi Puravankara and headquartered in Bengaluru, is a listed real estate developer operating in nine Indian cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai and Pune. It builds under three residential brands: Puravankara (luxury and upper mid-income), Provident Housing (mid-income and affordable) and Purva Land (plotted developments), with construction executed by its subsidiary Starworth Infrastructure. The company reports 95 completed projects totalling 57 million sq ft and FY26 pre-sales of INR 7,407 crore.
