Honer Homes was set up in 2016 by four entrepreneurs, S. Rajamouli, M. Balu Chowdary, Y. Swapna Kumar and P. Venkateswaralu, and develops gated community apartments and villas in western Hyderabad. The company states 1,976 homes built and 3.2 million sq ft delivered, with a further 9 million sq ft under construction. Its projects are in Kukatpally, Gachibowli and on Green Hills Road.
